1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Build Your Influencer.
2. What you can’t do
Don’t use the Platform to generate or upload anything illegal, anything involving minors in any sexual or harmful way, or non-consensual content of real people (deepfakes, intimate imagery, impersonation). Don’t try to scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the service. Violations can result in immediate account termination.
3. Your content & AI outputs
You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is; we don’t guarantee they’ll be accurate, original or non-infringing. You’re responsible for how you use them.
4. Payments & refunds
Payments are in INR via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Credits for failed jobs are auto-refunded to your account. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable. The Try Pack is non-refundable.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific output quality. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 3 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. Credits in a terminated account are forfeited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page; continued use means you accept the update.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
